A cozy place near the center and a few blocks from the ADO. At a very competitive price. The hotel is quiet and pleasant, although you can hear music from nearby places at night. They include breakfast at their restaurant, a colonial place, a small cloister with a beautiful garden. Honestly, a very high-quality breakfast, bread with butter and jam (they make the papaya one themselves), juice or fruit, delicious coffee with refills, and a dish. You leave satisfied and pleased. I requested a standard room and added the Hacienda Selva Maya tour. Since they give you a very special price if you book it with the room. The room was a good size, air conditioning, the bathroom a bit small, but tasteful. Something strange is that, to get to the balcony, you have to go through the closet; they had told me I would have a view of the garden and the pool, however, that was not the case. The staff is very attentive and kind. Definitely, I would return without hesitation.

This is a great hotel with fantastic atmosphere centered around the dining area and in a great location. Our room had aircon issues that was fixed after we raised it stopped working again in the middle of the night making for a hot sweaty interrupted sleep!

Beautiful hotel, super well located right in the center, very friendly staff, charming but aging setting, poorly adapted for children or teens. Room with slightly dated, dark furniture, very noisy air conditioning. Great hotel that could use a refresh of decor and color. The meals are good and plentiful but nothing more. Pool too small, shallow, and not well maintained.
