Everything is very old in this hotel. Old beds, old bathrooms, broken loft, straw-like, ancient mattresses. Also the cleanliness was bad, toilet dirty and bed linen with stains. We were not helped with the luggage on departure. We had to walk the very steep and narrow stairs with the suitcases. Not feasible for the elderly. Breakfast was moderate and monotonous except for the omelette, everything was dry. Getting tea or coffee was difficult. The staff could not really speak English or French. Concerns were not sufficiently communicated and we had to guess the answers or hope that this would work. Drinking water (also for brushing teeth) you had to buy massively overpriced, change was never there. A driver ordered by us at the property was already paid by us at the hotel at a completely overpriced price. The driver pretended his bill had not been paid and demanded money from us again after arriving at the station. He tried to rip us off and only after we insisted and formally threatened police did he drive away. We left one night early as we felt absolutely uncomfortable here. The so-called host didn't care, no reaction was given. We strongly advise against this accommodation.
