Volubilis Inn Meknes

It was an awful stay. Though the rooms and bathroom was ok. There was no complimenteries and toiletries..On the days 23-24 feb 2026 staff at the restaurant were not attentive and they were rude. We could not find anything to eat as breakfast. They put stale food and vegetables.. only leftovers and very poor hygiene throughout the hotel.When we ask for ommlette there were no one in that station/ and he was hiding in order not to serve..I dont recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was lovely, bathroom was large with a great shower. The service in the restaurant was poor with the staff more interested in the mirror and their phones rather than being attentive to customers. The base from the nightclub permeated the building. In my room 311 the tables and chairs being moved around scraping along the floor didn't help sleep both at night and eay in the morning.

The service from the moment we set foot inside was impeccable! Friendly, outgoing and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our Intrepid travel tour group felt welcomed. Good on the rooftop took a long time to arrive - so order dinner early! A special mention to Hassan Fettane for his wonderful breakfast service. Hassan had a smile on his face and visited our table to ensure we were enjoying breakfast and asking if we needed anything else. His manner was lovely. The mint tea refills were also much appreciated - we love it! Would certainly recommend this hotel based on our experience.
