Breakfast was scarce and lacked variety; the bar didn't even have ice cubes, you couldn't afford a coffee, the WiFi was a disaster, the entire reception was dark, they didn't turn on the lights, the hotel needs quite a bit of everything, I could keep saying things but I'm running out of space 😭

Frankly apart from the room which is large as well as the bed of 2 meters, everything else is amazing!!! The hotel seems abandoned, mold everywhere in the bathroom, bidet and cracked sink, no shower gel, no hair dryer, dirty mirror, taps very prickly and malfunctioning, no safe, TV that works very poorly (the picture freezes all the time) phone out of use, balcony very dirty, carpeted by cigarettes and very worn, hangers are hangers that you give in dryers (iron ) no plug to make the room or do not disturb, and the worst is breakfast, I have never seen so few choices, it is very very summary, products of poor quality, nothing to do with what a 4 star offers.

Hotel very well located, smiling and very pleasant staff Hearty and quality breakfast and dinner Nice and clean room. Attentive staff and good advice for visits to the city and surrounding areas. I highly recommend
