I came with a group of friends and it was a huge disappointment.
• The dishes took forever to arrive, and besides they were cold.
• We had ordered ribs: as a result, a tiny piece of meat on the plate... a real joke.
• The fries arrived after the dishes, when we already had nothing to eat.
• The prices are far too expensive compared to what we receive: we leave feeling like we have eaten nothing.
• When we asked the person in charge, we were told “he is sleeping” (!). Then comes an operations manager with an unpleasant attitude. He promises us a commercial gesture (“you won’t pay for the drinks”), but at the time of the bill, the drinks are still charged.
👉 Frankly, it was a scandalous experience. Service is zero, food zero for the price, and management lamentable.
I regret bringing my friends to this hotel. You should absolutely avoid.
