Riad Jamai

The Riad was beautiful & looked exactly like the photos. Pool and terrace were available. The staff was kind and friendly with overall excellent service. They spoke English and were very helpful when we needed to find things like an ATM that we couldn’t easily locate online. unfortunately it’s hard to find because the Riad’s Google Maps location/address is incorrect and we were approached/harassed by people on the street while trying to find it. Since it’s in the Medina you have to walk 5-10 minutes after being dropped off by a taxi nearby. We had dinner there one evening and it was delicious (beef tajine with vegetables was a favorite.) We were disappointed however to find they were out of beer though it was listed on the menu. The rooms were very big and clean. Great location for exploring the Medina and historical sites. Overall great value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

The kindness of the Riad staff stands out from the very first moment; we are very grateful for making our stay in Fez an experience worth repeating. The rooms are very clean, typical food from the area. The location of the Riad provided us with a space of tranquility, as it is not too close to the tourist area, which you can easily reach. We will return!

It was such an amazing experience the place was in the medina so it was near to the places that we want to visit the service were so nice and helpful espesially the young boy i forgot his name thank u all
