The greatest asset of this hotel is without a doubt its staff. Amal, responsible for guest services, consistently delivers outstanding service. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm attitude truly set her apart.
Issam also plays a key role in creating this special atmosphere. He has a natural way of making every guest feel at ease and welcome, which truly enhances the overall experience.
Mrs. Kabbaj also deserves recognition for her kindness and dedication.
The General Manager is highly approachable and clearly prioritizes both guest satisfaction and safety. This level of leadership is reflected throughout the hotel.
While Barceló Casablanca is officially a 4-star hotel, my personal experience especially after living in the UAE and staying in numerous high-end hotels is that it reaches a 5-star level in terms of service and hospitality.
As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say that the atmosphere here is unique. It truly feels like a home away from home, where every need is taken care of promptly and with genuine care.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.
