Casablanca Le Lido Thalasso and Spa

The location is fantastic, but the hotel itself feels outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture is old, the heater didn’t work, and the overall atmosphere felt somewhat empty. It’s a real missed opportunity given such a great location.

The staff are always so friendly that you are satisfied. In the morning a good breakfast will be served the room is clean and make as soon as you are no longer there. Well the downside is that it only works with part of the hotel I wait for the renovation to come back because such a beautiful proximity to the sea there is not really at this price!

Hotel that contrasts good and not so good. We feel that it was a past glory but is not at all in the standards of the moment. The premises are clean and the staff friendly, but basic things are missing: breakfast buffet to let the customer choose what he wants rather than charging 10€ a breakfast with a tray whose composition is imposed. The wifi is very weak, for people travelling on business it is complicated! Lack of basic commercial reporting, air conditioning is down, 0 upgrades to quieter or potentially more airy rooms and we charge 100% of the services. I vaguely felt like a cash cow. Other hotels nearby have much superior services. That's a shame.
