Gray Boutique Hotel & Spa

We stayed here at the start of a tour. Nice big room with separate bedroom from the lounge and kitchen area. Lots of problems though when we looked a bit deeper. The bedroom curtains didn’t close fully, there was no air conditioning and only heating available, nice coffee machine but no pods provided, one small bottle of water, and the TV had lots of channels but kept on freezing. We requested an iron but the one that arrived just leaked water everywhere and was unusable. Very small bathroom with minimal amenities. The bed was comfortable though. The breakfast spread was fairly basic with a mix of hot and cold food.

A pleasant moment of relaxation in a soothing setting. The team is welcoming and attentive, and the treatments allow for a true wellness break. An experience I appreciate renewing regularly.

Stop at four stars. Only the location is very good, and the cleaning staff. The breakfast and the lady who is there are unworthy of a hotel rated as excellent.
