LE TRIANON LUXURY HOTEL & SPA

Hammam and massage were great but I was missing $400 US dollars from my purse afterwards. Tried calling, emailing.. etc and I’ve received no response. The experience there was amazing before I checked my purse :-(. It was so great My friend and I tipped her about 600 Dhs. Because of the great job she did. Not sure if the money fell out in the locker or Someone took it but no one would respond to me.

We spent 3 days in Casablanca in July. 2 days upon arrival (July 11 & 12) and 1 night before leaving (July 22). The hotel should not be rated 4 stars, it should be at the most 3 stars. The room we had was clean however the shower was moldy. You could see it had been repaired several times over. The breakfast was excellent as well as the lady serving us. We felt fairly safe going out around the area at night for dinner. People in the close neighborhood were friendly. Upon departure, I asked the front desk employee if I could leave a couple of post cards to be mailed. He did not say no but you could see the distress in his face so I decided to find a mail box myself. Overall an ok hotel to spent 1 or 2 days, no more

A good location. Close to twin center. You can find many restaurants and cafes in the area a few steps from the hotel. It is clean and the receptionist was more than friendly. I did not like the overview of my room plus it was small. Very limited channels on TV.
