Moroccan House hotel Casablanca

Holiday feedback Feedback summary Accommodation Hotel Staff / Guest Behaviour Comments Waited 20 minutes outside Casablanca airport in the pouring rain for taxi because taxi drivers not allowed in airport. Arrived at hotel, receptionist tried to charge us an extra £20 a day tax. . Had to pay £21 for use of the room safe. When to our room no coffee or tea machine tried to call the receptionist but the house phone in the room didn't work. Whent down to see the receptionist, she laughed and said " we don't have that facility here but you can go down the road there's a restaurant and ask them for some hot water" It was still pouring with rain and we were still saturated from waiting for the taxi driver. I ask if we could order dinner she said " you have to order dinner in the morning". On two occasions I asked if they would order a a taxi they refused and said " we only have a contract with the Big Taxis for airport transfers" I said couldn't you just phone a taxi as it is suggested it is safer and will not be over charged, The reply I received was " as I said, we only have a conflict with the Big Taxi for airport transfers. As the week went on it got worse. I have been to Morocco many times this is the third consecutive year with Loveholidays, this the first I have ever complained but the holiday was an absolute disaster.

Successful location to Casa Port and sights. Moroccan style interior.A little tired, but cozy hotel.Breakfast is sufficient.The reception has always responded to requests.You can leave luggage.The price is the best option in the area.

Centrally located but a old property that isn't well maintained. Dark rooms and our 2nd floor room lost power and the property manager had to reset the safety switch for the whole floor. We were not confident that the power surges wouldn't happen again and were concerned about our phones plugged in etc so we checked out and went to another hotel (we had pre paid too 😞) For the same price there are many other properties in Casablanca city that are much better value.
