I was on a business trip for 4 days and stayed at Saleem Hotel. The location was great in the city center. . I have a few notes regarding my stay: - The hotel is located in a very dangerous alley, with noise and fights all the time between drug addicts and drunks who were drinking beer at the hotel's night cafe. - The staff's clothes have nothing to do with the hotel staff, and all the staff lack hotel training and professional language, and they don't know how to deal with customers. - The rooms are not equipped with telephone (you must go to reception if you need anything). The bathroom is not adequately stocked and the mirrors are worn due to poor cleaning. The fridge was empty, old and dirty and there wasn't even a bottle of water. - The elevator is very dangerous and can trap you at any time. - The lady who was in charge of reception during the day wanted to add another day of stay to my bill even though my entry into the hotel is known and the date is clear (I think they don't know that the day ends at midnight and a new date begins at 00:00). - The bed is a bit hard and the air conditioning is very poor and worn (the air conditioner door must be opened to open the internal button, with a high probability of exposure to electric shock). - You must close the windows, otherwise the mosquitoes and the screams of drunks and criminals will make your stay hell. - Small ants everywhere in the room and there is not total cleanliness (the person in charge of reception brought me a bottle of unpleasant and disgusting insecticide). - My towel was not changed for two days until I asked for a new one. There is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. - Breakfast is not appetizing (the bread is very hard and apparently put in the fridge in the evening to be reheated the next morning and given to guests). - On the morning of 06/21/2023, a pipe above the kitchen was damaged, and sewage poured from the ceiling onto the entire buffet, and there was no intervention to repair the damage or remove food from tables. I stopped eating breakfast when I saw this terrible spectacle (I was ashamed of the tourists who were there). - Please take care of the appearance and grooming of hotel staff. They appear as workers in a prison, not a tourist establishment. Advice stay away from the hotel as much as possible. It's a dangerous place and I won't go there again. .

Clean toilet and crisp clean sheets - but that's where the bouquets end. Only 1 power point in the room, an air conditioner that didn't work, and a tired room that needed some attention. A reasonable breakfast for the 2 of us was included in the 450Dh price. Ignore the 3 stars over the front door - it's a 1 star at best. Probably OK at 350Dh.

first time i booked salim hotel was good but my advice to people who want booked they need find rooms in bloock 5 coz block 3 you cant sleep you will heard voices and noises people so that is not good
