The staff were excellent, however the rooms were in very poor condition. Nothing at all like on the pictures the breakfast was horrible lamps broken bathrooms leaking rooms not clean really not a four star hotel. I could hardly give it two stars. The towels were dirty and damaged. The floor was dirty. The carpet was extremely filthy. Smell of cigarette Definitely not worth the price you pay for

May 2025 Outside the hotel looks “pretty” but neni! The chairs in the lobby are stained, the elevator (well if you can call it an elevator) is dilapidated and is a coffin (1m2) ⚰️ 😱😱. Never seen it in a hotel..... Even less a 4 star!!! Now the room: dirty towels, holes (ALL 😂😂), we ask several times to change them, they do things half way! (And they're always holed and stained) We still ask for shower gel, he gives some but half of what we ask (there are three of us and he gives two for three people while we are staying three nights)🤣🤣🤯🤯🤯 The bedroom armchair is falling to shreds. Non-existent insulation (you could still hear the windows closed 🤬🤬🤬), moreover the windows are rusty. The walls and ceiling are unhealthy (cracks, dust and mould 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤯🤯🤯) Breakfast, we eat so much better in a snack to tell you.... Industrial 200% and badly done in addition!!! Horrible Everyone I was 💔 Shower now: fixator of the handle position at the hip (nice) Ah yes and they have a pommel fixed to the ceiling as to be used instead of but that nothing it even works, so forced to shower with one hand or in squat mode (crouch 😃.... A disaster this hotel my God 😨 Plus: Lack of Respect from Some STAFF!!! I wonder how much they had to pay to mow those stars PS: suspicions of bedbug 🛌)

Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds sleep well. Breakfast is also fine. I would give it a maximum of 3 stars, because there is some overdue maintenance. Also location of hotel is good. No air conditioning so in summer the rooms are warm. For this price it is a great place to stay overnight.
