Palais Des Remparts

We stayed in this comfortable hotel for 2 nights. It was an excellent location, close to the centre of Essaouira, yes in a quiet street. The hotel has a rooftop seating area and breakfast room. The staff were particularly helpful. We thought the hotel was very good value for money. We would return and recommend.

We always stay here when we visit Essaouira, My friend and I stayed for 2 nights this time, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean and spacious, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that our friends who were staying nearby were able to join us for breakfast each day. We look forward to returning again soon, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Essaouira

We have been going to this palace hotel for over 15 years. Its location is magnificent and the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The rooms are comfortable and meet the country's standard. Services have declined over the years (for example, breakfast buffet is more limited although unlimited) and the presence of an adjoining hotel with musical entertainment from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. is sometimes annoying. This establishment is emblematic for us but its strengths are weakening; management must respond. In the end, the value for money is quite unfavorable but the place is definitely worth the detour.
