Riad Chbanate

Absolutely First Class This Riad is Clean, quaint, conveniently located with incredibly friendly staff and surpringly good food too. We weren’t going to eat here but the place was so cosy we decided to and we were not disappointed and excellent meal which is prepared in a kitchen opposite on show to see it is extremely clean. The food was really really nice the best I have had in Morocco in 8 meals of similar recipe. The soup that preceded it and the desert afterwards were equally good. Although hot and sunny during the day the wood fire in the dining room was lit and provided a really nice ambiance. I cannot fault one aspect of our stay - unlike other places in Morocco - Simply this is the Bees knees in every way - STAY and you will love it

Everything about this Riad was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (particularly the bathrooms were stunning) reasonable laundry costs and an excellent breakfast helped to make our stay in Essouria a. top experience in Morocco

the most beautiful place of our stay in Essaouira, an exceptional welcome, a superb room with a dream bathroom, a delicious meal and all in a magical atmosphere. Our only regret is that we didn't stay there any longer
