Adam Park Hotel & Spa

Hello, the hotel is very nice, but I was disappointed that it does not take responsibility for what happens to its guests within its facilities. I purchased from one of your stores, and the employee charged me for the same product THREE times via debit. I made a claim demonstrating this with my home banking transactions, and I received no response. They only said that for the store, it was charged once. However, when I requested the history from the POS terminal to review it, they never provided it to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive a solution.

The hotel is quite large and has several restaurants, so it is advisable to decide in advance which one to go to and avoid arriving at the last minute, as it tends to be very crowded. The breakfast is abundant and very varied. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Additionally, the hotel has a large pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stay.

The ambience of the breakfast is unworthy of a supposed 5* house. More like a factory canteen! Minus also with bread, no traditional flatbread.
