A great disappointment Poor room for small animals in bed and on the floor no hot water coffee maker not functional Cleaning not done in the room Someone at reception not listening at all to the customer and chose to clear the customer instead of satisfying him Poor breakfast despite the staff doing the best This hotel is a real gem located in a strategic location and in the center of a beautiful area Hotel very poorly maintained and neglected and yet the architecture is just splendid We had 48 hours in this hotel but we spent our time making claims Real pity and in addition they did not even try or offer a refund or a commercial gesture

When we arrived and checked the room, we found dirty bedding, contact lenses left in the room, filthy sides. Not the best, clearly not cleaned. All sorts of weird marks and dirt on the duvet.

The Pension has enormous potential but many elements need to be reviewed: 1-Pros: - the location - the great outdoors - the kindness and responsiveness of the staff - the tiles of the bathrooms are redone 2-negative points - the furniture and decoration are very old (outdated). Closet doors were creaking and the toilet door was jammed -the toilet bowl was clogged – the lack of sound insulation between the rooms means that we lack a lot of privacy. We had the misfortune of being in a room adjacent to that of a young couple who fought each night, making our nights short and disrupted. The sound of vehicles passing by on the two avenues near the Inn, which are very popular even in the evening, can also be heard clearly and loudly from the room. - the edges of swimming pools are very noisy we are disturbed by the sound of vehicles from the adjacent avenue - the breakfast buffet is not varied enough – the presence of large cockroaches whose source we do not know knowing that the bay window has not been opened.
