I booked a room a month in advance for a 4-day stay at this hotel. The same day I arrived, I received an email informing me that my reservation was cancelled. There was no explanation for this gesture. Later, by telephone, an employee blamed their system. He suspects that I would have made my reservation at the same time as another guest, and in this case their system randomly picks one...

The hotel is clean With pleasant and attentive staff Too bad that double glazing is not efficient a lot of traffic until late in Marrakech Room overlooking boulevard we did not really dirmi well
