Angsana Riads Collection

Our stay at Bab Firdaus, and our interactions with Si Said, far exceeded our expectations. The riad was lovely - very peaceful and calming, and your staff are magnificent! We were always made to feel welcome and special, and nothing was too much bother. From the ladies who kept our rooms spotless to the dining room staff, and of course front of house, they are a testament to the wonderful care you take to make our stay memorable. Thank you so much for the little gifts as well - a lovely touch.

We had a lovely week holiday. The staff were excellent, especially the breakfast waiter and reception staff. The room was always clean. The breakfast were good example of Moroccan cuisine.

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana Collection Marrakech Riad and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much character, traditional Moroccan décor and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Our room was beautifully presented and cleaned to a very high standard each day, making it feel like a real treat to return to after exploring Marrakech. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented, with plenty of choice and fresh, delicious food. It was such a lovely way to start each morning. The hotel were also fantastic at helping us arrange drivers and transport, which made getting around Marrakech so easy and stress-free. Their local knowledge and willingness to organise things for us really added to the experience. What stood out most, though, was the genuine hospitality. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The use of a given phone was an extra special touch which shows the lengths of thought that goes into the service provided. This included being able to contact the reception whenever with no stress. The Riads are close to many amenities and a car park to arrange taxis. We had a wonderful stay with angsana and can’t recommend them and their staff more. It was truly a pleasure thank you so much!
