Eden Andalou Suites, Aquapark and Spa

On arrival we were presently surprised. Room clean and decent size. Unfortunately goes down hill after this, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner samie everyday. Birds flying in restaurant landing on the bread and pecking at the rolls! Broken chairs, tables reset but not wiped down after people had left, crumbs on seats even if you were one of the 1st into the restaurant. Outside area for the most time was the best area to relax with the mist fans. Unfortunately on our last day I was asked to move as they were “setting up” all other days we could sit there! No proper drink service in the restaurant and if you want ice omg it’s like you asked for gold. Pools, the larger pool had towels on sunbeds before 8am never managed to get a sunbed around that pool in the full 5 days we were there. The water park is tired and could definitely do with a referb. The free shuttle bus service sounds like a great idea but it drops you off a good 10 mins walk from the souk and in 40 plus heat not a pleasant walk. Also the minute you get off the bus there are people hassling you to be you tour guide. We had a pool side room and woke up to soaking towels and costumes that we had left out overnight to dry. The irrigation system sprayed right onto our patio. And finally our key card stopped working everyday so we had to go to reception to get them charged every day. An annoying inconvenience.

Lovely staff, and beautiful hotel. It gives a real Moroccan vibe. Soukiana has been such a breath of fresh air. She made us feel welcome from day one and followed up with us several times. The entertainment has been sooo good. Lots of food choices and the drinks kept flowing. Will definitely recommend
