El Hadna

Location was really central right in the middle of the city and staff were very friendly. Whenever I asked something they responded really quickly. After two days I asked for a room change due to the bathroom sink being blocked which they did straight away. It was very noisy due to being on the main road, may be they need to noise proof rooms for better service. Also air conditioner wasnt really good. As a muslim traveler there was no bidet or water spray in the toilet which is a given in Muslim countries.

Great stay at this hotel. The room was nice and well equipped, the staff friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and quiet. Small improvement: the soundproofing could be better. But overall, a very good experience.
