Hello, I stayed with my family at your hotel. I come here regularly, but during my last stay from June 11 to 18, I was very disappointed with your new receptionist who could not respond to my requests. Strategic for Marrakech, just a stone's throw from the "Square"

When we arrived they checked us in and gave us the key to room 303. When we entered we were absolutely shocked at what we saw. The room was nothing like what the photos showed, there were bugs on the floor, stains on the sheets and the bathroom was full of limescale. We told the staff that this is not the room we booked and they stated that they cant do anything as the room we booked is taken. We were told to come back the bext day at 10am and our room would be ready, upon arrival they told us the same thing . We complained to love holidays and they were thankfully able to resolve the issue with the hotel. When we got the key to the new room it hadnt been cleaned so we had to physically search for one of ladies who kindly cleaned the room for us. Eventually we were satisfied with the room but the first couple of days were an absolute nightmare. I woldnt stay here again. If you get the key to room 303 all i can say is good luck.
