We spent 3 nights at the Riad, and were wonderfully looked after by Abdul throughout. We got the transfers through the Riad and were met at the road and guided through the square and medina to the accommodation, where we were given tea, cake and valuable information about the city. We had the Master suit which consisted of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a shower room, toilet and balcony. All were very clean and the air conditioning worked well. There was a good choice of timings for breakfast and the food was tasty and filling. My partner doesn't like hot drinks so Abdul always made sure there was extra orange juice. Communication over email before the holiday was also excellent.

Place where HOSPITALITE is written in capital letters! Asad and his team, Abdul-in-Chief, know how to communicate their warm welcome. Received with open arms, we feel good spontaneously and our guests are there to parry everything and make our stay pleasant. We appreciated their availability and efficiency in the face of a health concern combined with an extreme benevolence and thoughtfulness until our departure. We lived 1 week as at home, the riad is old and very pretty, with preserved character, it is not a palace but a palace of its time with a soul, all its charm and age. Lovers of old houses and authenticity, we made the right choice. Well located and easily accessible in the Medina, close to Jemaa al Fna Square and Kennaria Street with its good addresses (La cantine des Gazelles and Tanjia Secret in particular). Excellent.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Traditional stay with amazing staff. Property is really good value for money, calming atmosphere and in a perfect location to explore Marrakech. I travelled alone and Abdul could not have done any more to make my stay comfortable, and find my way around some of those winding streets in the dark! I’m sure I’ll be back!
