Riad Ayadina & Spa

The riad is magnificent, large and majestic, a haven of peace and happiness. I stayed there for 4 nights, and the staff took care of me from the beginning to the end of my stay. The cuisine is excellent and affordable for daily meals, the breakfast is very hearty and different each day, the bedding is very comfortable, and there are different pillows for the princess and the pea that I am, which allowed me to find the one that suited me perfectly. I leave feeling great and hope to return with my family to share this beautiful experience. The lady at the spa has golden hands; I have never experienced such a good massage from start to finish, and yet this is also my profession, well done! The distance from Jemaa el-Fna square is reasonable; I always walked there, a 20-minute stroll through the medina to soak in the local life safely, and if you want to take a taxi or an Uber, the parking is 20 meters away. I traveled alone, and I never felt in danger or followed, even when going there in the evening. It was very hot during my stay, but the riad is cool, the pool is very pleasant, and there were no issues managing the heat even with the announced 38 degrees. The air conditioning in the room is not noisy and does its job very well. If I return, I will not look elsewhere and I would be happy to relive this enchanted interlude! Very beautiful typical Riad, beautifully decorated. Very nice rooms and typical, refined cuisine. A very beautiful terrace with a small heated pool and many sun loungers. A very efficient and truly helpful staff. A true little paradise. Improvement suggestion: homemade jams would be better than industrial ones, and fresh mint in the tea would be better than dried...

Extremely disappointing, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful... the owner literally told me she doesn't care about my review... they say that they have 24 hour reception but thats a lie... they are threatening customers... the receptionist literally told me I'm an ex policeman you dont know what I can do to you... i would recommend you sleep in your car that sleep in this riad...
