Riad Farnatchi

Beautiful Riad, quiet and full of charm with very attentive staff. During our stay nothing was too much for them to do. From ironing our cloths while we were out to making sure we were taken to the taxi pick up point. Every morning we asked to have our breakfast on the terrace and nothing was too much for them. We requested water melon and they made sure we got this with our breakfast the following morning. This Riad makes you feel safe and like being part of a family. We loved our stay and we will be back. Thank you James for making time to speak to us every morning! Thus you were very busy with the expansion of the Riad you took time to chat. The spa is amazing! A must try hammam session should not be missed when staying at Le Farnatchi’s.

From the moment I arrived at Le Fernatchi, I was struck by how serene the courtyards are. One has a beautiful pool with incredible green tiles and crystal clear water, while the other is a peaceful retreat with birds chirping and gorgeous trees that make it a genuinely calming place to sit. At check-in I was told my room had been upgraded to a balcony suite, which I was thrilled to hear. The suite was spacious and every detail was thoughtfully done. The tilework and rugs were beautiful and comfortable underfoot, and the bathroom, with its bathtub and shower area, felt truly luxurious. A huge part of what made this stay special was Morad, who took care of me throughout. The highlight was breakfast on the balcony, which she brought up herself: fresh fruit, eggs, breads, honey, jams, coffee, and orange juice. Eating all of that up on the balcony was about as perfect as a morning gets. When I mentioned I had a later flight, Morad even let me extend my stay until 5pm, something she absolutely didn't have to do but did without hesitation. That kind of hospitality is rare. The hotel also arranged my airport transfers both ways, which made the whole stay seamless. The location is unbeatable too. Everywhere I wanted to go was within a fifteen minute walk, and you can step right out the door to find food, desserts, stalls, and anything else you're craving. This was my favorite hotel of the entire trip, and Morad is a big reason why. If I'm ever back in Marrakech, this is where I'll stay. Highly recommend.

Le Farnatchi was one of the highlights of our time in Marrakech. Hidden within the bustling Medina, it feels like a peaceful oasis from the moment you arrive. From the second you get there, you know you're somewhere special. Tucked away among the winding cobblestone streets of the old city, arriving could be challenging on your own, but the team immediately takes care of your bags and guides you through the Medina, making the entire experience seamless. The staff could not have been kinder. Every single person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, whether it was walking us to where we needed to go, helping arrange plans, or making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to Saaida, Walled, and Aziz, who were absolutely exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. They embody the level of service that sets Le Farnatchi apart and made us feel more like guests in a home than visitors at a hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, impeccably maintained, and full of character. Everything is exceptionally well cared for, and if there is anything you need, the team is always eager to help. Breakfast each morning was delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Enjoying it in such beautiful surroundings only added to the experience. The entire property is stunning, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed—a true sanctuary hidden within the energy of Marrakech. If you're looking for a truly special place to stay in Marrakech, I cannot recommend Le Farnatchi highly enough. Luxury, warmth, and genuine hospitality all come together here.
