Very beautiful Riad. Staff who listened to us and took great care of us at every moment. We highly recommend it to you.

Wonderful Riad experience! That complemented our Marrakech visit. It was a nice gesture to be personally welcomed by Didier and Abdel and served tea and sweets at check in. The warm hospitality of the staff and Didier and Abdel seeing us off when we checked out, made our stay very special. Each clean room has unique features and has complete amenities; breakfast was superb that was served outdoor. The whole Riad is well decorated. The hammam and massage were relaxing.

Pretty in photographs, but our experience was disappointing. We booked this riad attracted mainly by the photographs and its excellent reviews. However, after a seven-day stay, our impression was quite different. The main drawback is the location and, especially, the access. It is located in the northern part of the Medina, quite far from Jemaa el-Fna. To get there, you have to go through a very narrow and dark passage, with continuous traffic of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and carts, without sidewalks and with very deteriorated pavement. Vehicles pass very close to pedestrians and it is necessary to move aside continuously. The last stretch to the riad is equally narrow and has numerous uneven areas and irregularities. The first time you arrive, especially at night, the feeling is not exactly pleasant. The riad itself has architectural charm, but it is very old, narrow, and has quite a few stairs and passageways. Breakfast is served on the terrace and dinner must be reserved in advance, since there is no conventional dining room. This can be impractical. The room was nice, but small and not very functional. The air conditioning had very limited regulation, the lights were excessively dim, and the bathroom was quite narrow. The bed was positioned in such a way that access was inconvenient. The cleanliness was, for us, the most disappointing aspect. During the seven days, we did not observe adequate cleaning of the room floor. The towels were changed and the bed was made, but we did not appreciate a general cleaning in line with what was expected. The sheets were also not changed during our stay. The breakfast also seemed improvable to us: the bread was usually hard and the cut fruit frequently looked quite oxidized. Another important point is the price. Both the food and some additional services seemed excessively expensive to us in relation to what they offer. The hammam, in particular, seemed unattractive to us and with maintenance that could be improved for the price charged. The best part of the establishment was, without a doubt, the staff. The people who assisted us were kind, polite, and willing to help us. They provided some thoughtful touches for us and even helped us with practical matters like taxis. Our recommendation would be to carefully evaluate the location, access, and actual conditions of the accommodation before booking. The photographs are much more attractive than the experience we encountered during our stay.
