Riad very warm, amazing staff such as Latifa, always there to help you with a smile. Comfortable room with air conditioning. Very special mention in Faissal which gave us the best addresses to eat, rent vehicles (car, motorcycle) and places to see in Marrakech. Kindness and comfort are the keywords of this Riad

When we arrived, we saw that everything looked beautiful, like antique, the bathroom sink was in bad shape, and some areas, rusty and even broken. I personally spoke to the man in reception, advising him of a water leak when the sink was used (I told him on August 9, Saturday, having arrived on Thursday). I told him that the installation was not right, (I have a plumber and electrician degree) and I told him that we would not use the sink and that our toilet would do it in the shower without any problem. On Monday, August 11, we went to another hotel because our trip was continuing. And on August 16th we get a few messages that we have to pay the sink (85€) a sink that was in a terrible state, with the drain managed in very precarious ways, which we could have complained about said state. But I'd rather talk to the front desk trying to make as little trouble as possible. In our room, seeing that there are 4 rooms, as they entered each room, 2 different guests in a short space of time (when they left one guest, in a day or less they had it with people again) but just our room, they see that deterioration a week later, when we had previously warned and talked to the person who was at that time in reception. That's called a scam, (what they do to make the tourist throughout Marrakech to lie to us)

I woudn't recommended it not even to my worst enemy! the pictures from the website have nothing to do with the reality! 1* star and that's with a "maybe" because the guy was friendly and borrowed us a charger. That being said, he also tried to charge us £100 extra for a "superior" room when we refused to take the first one - with mould, cracks and worse! next to the dinning room - very very noisy. Don't make the mistake to take that room, you'll never be able to sleep from the constant noise because you are basically sleeping in the dining room! The WiFi doesn't work and there is no proper signal on the rooms either, not even on data. Apart from that: it's dirty, dirty, humid and badly maintained : the taps were broken, the bathrooms clogged, no cover on the duvet! (see pictures for details). The breakfast was terrible, too - very questionable food, probably the lowest quality available and not much variety.
