Riad Karmanda

Riad well located in a quiet little alley. There were 15 of us, we had the Riad all to ourselves. The terrace is very pleasant in the evening as well as the small refreshing pool. The staff is kind. The prepared meals were all good. The Riad was clean, the bedding comfortable except for our very hard pillows... too hard. I recommend it

The Riad team is on top! Helpful, responsive, available h24. We feel very welcome upon arrival in Marrakech. The services are at the rendezvous, the quality / price ratio is perfect. Very good breakfast. Majid is pleasant and very kind, it is a pleasure to be able to count on him for a stay in a rich and exotic city

Having never been to other Riads I cannot say if it is better or worse than others. The rooms and cleanliness in general is impeccable. Every day they clean the rooms and the bathroom as well as make the beds. Breakfast is good and every morning there is something different on the table. The reception made by a girl was wonderful and the guy who took care of breakfasts and dinner really kind, polite and professional. The only negative note was the bill. Once paid we realized that the exchange rate is not calculated at the rate on the day of payment but at a fixed rate decided by the holder who was not present and therefore we could not ask for explanations. At "its" rate the stay cost us 21 € more than expected. However also recommended because it is a stone's throw from the center but out of the great confusion that reigns in the wonderful Marrakech.
