Riad Le Marocain

"Hotel Raid enjoys an ideal location in Marrakech, close to the main tourist attractions. However, the breakfast is disappointing in terms of variety and quantity. The receptionist who seems dark is not very welcoming and his visual behavior is inappropriate. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. Moreover, I had trouble sleeping due to the lack of guests and the general atmosphere of the hotel."

We was greeted by an extremely friendly and informative Khaled, he showed us a rough idea of prices as well as location and places to go, if you need or want to ask a question Khaled will answer his best and will help very well, and even print your boarding passes on the way home if you forget to. The Riad is within the old city and is close to the main square, the rooms are perfect to come into after a day out, very well air conditioned and the bathroom is nice with the shower being powerful. The breakfast is very carb heavy but comes with jams and Moroccan tea or coffee. Big thanks to Khaled.

We were greeted by Khalid and then by Adnan both were very friendly and accommodating. It had a very family oriented feel to the place. The place was clean and tidy. If I was to make any improvements I would suggest having TV or tea/coffee making facilities in the room (if feasible). Although, both Khalid & Adnan were happy to make us hot drinks on request. The only downside of my stay was that I had to put up with passive smoking whilst trying to enjoy my food from the manager. As someone, who has breathing difficulties it did not think it appropriate to smoke within the communal area and is unprofessional. Location was great, very convenient to all the tourists locations within walking distance! Overall, I would recommend the place.
