Riad Les Jardins des Lilas

Dismal experience. I arrived with my family at night at the Riad and before we started checking in we are told that the reservation was made for 5 instead of 7 which we were, still carrying all the printed proofs and showing the receptionist the three codes of the 3 reservations of the rooms. Despite this, the receptionist did not accept, until after insisting and proposing solutions helped us to find another riad, so we had to separate. After getting in touch with our travel agency, we are confirmed that the riad had done Overbooking, which at no time have we been admitted, always trying to talk and leave the agency bad. Instead of admitting the mistake and being a little more flexible about what happened, they didn’t let us all have breakfast together in the riad paying for the breakfasts of the two people who had to separate. The next day, we had to go back to the riad soon because it was hail and we asked if we could have dinner there (since they had a menu menu menu) and we were told that no, that is warned in advance, and the hostess of the riad next door did not put any problem and prepared us a dinner with what she had. In addition, due to the heavy rains, the toilet and shower were broken and blamed on us when we had not been there a whole day and had used the bathroom 3 times counted. They sealed the toilet and told us that if we needed to go to the bathroom that we had to go up to the terrace, on the third floor (there was only toilet, so we could not even shower until the next night). To add, the riad could be better signposted as it is in a narrow dead end call. The truth is that the trip has been much worse because of the accommodation, zero recommended.

We have spent 3 nights and we have been taken care of very well, especially Hamid. Very friendly and attentive. They're here to help you with everything. Breakfast is very good and all charming. The negative is the situation, it is far away, you have to walk a lot and be careful where you go, at night it changes a lot and it is quite difficult to find it.

Very nice ambience, neat and clean and not so expensive . owner Hakim and his wife and staff Hamid very friendly and helpful . We recommend les jardim des lilas . They offer nice and delicious breakfast included. They also offer dinner . You can also enjoy the roof top .
