Riad Letoile Dorient

This was our second stay at this wonderful riad, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. Returning felt like coming home, thanks to the warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality of the entire team. A special thank you to Abdul Aziz, whose knowledge, professionalism, and friendly nature made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to recognise Abdul Latif, whose warmth, kindness, and sense of humour made our stay even more memorable, especially when he tried to wake us up for a flight that wasn't until the evening! It still makes us smile. Thank you to Azzedine and Fati, who were always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Ayman also deserves a special mention for his friendly smile, professionalism, and willingness to help at every opportunity. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight thanks to Beija and Mejuba, whose delicious food and warm hospitality made every day start perfectly. We also want to thank the talented cook who prepared our amazing tagines. The meals were authentic, beautifully cooked, and absolutely delicious. Finally, our thanks go to all the staff working behind the scenes. Although we may not know all your names, your dedication to keeping the riad spotless, peaceful, and running so smoothly did not go unnoticed. Everyone made us feel like family, and that is exactly why we returned for a second visit. We have no doubt we'll be back again and will continue recommending this beautiful riad to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thank you all for making our stay so unforgettable!

So happy I chose this riad for my stay in Marrakech - it's in the heart of the medina and within walking distance of the key sites. It was quiet, comfortable, and the on-site hammam was superb. Fati, Abdulaziz and the rest of the team are incredible. They went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the riad and in the city. I had the best time, and can't recommend this riad enough.

From the first day, she made us feel at home thanks to her kindness, closeness, and constant attention. She prepared and served breakfasts, teas, and coffees always with a smile and a very professional attitude. Hanna was attentive to us at all times, taking care of every detail and ensuring that we lacked nothing. Her warm treatment, dedication, and good disposition made our experience much more pleasant and special. People like Hanna are the ones who make a difference in accommodation.
