Riad Nouzha

The riad on the outside was beautiful. Big rooms, big beds and beautifull colors. There was no warm water inside and the staff don,t speak english at all. The room was dirty and the smell off old water was everywhere in the room. You can only pay cash not with a card. The swimmingpool and loungebar where not there. The swimmingpool was empty and verry dirty.

We (a couple) stayed at this hotel for a week for a citytrip to Marrakech and loved it. We were picked up from the airport at the given time and driven to the Riad. Riad Nouzha is on a small street close to the souks. Very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very nice, the beds comfortable. Air Conditioning is present in all rooms and, while ours broke down it was fixed within a day. Everything was very clean and tidy. WiFi is present and fast. The Riad also had a rooftop terrace and small pool, the terrace presented us with great views over the medina and the pool was a welcome refreshment in the hot Moroccan summer. The staff is very nice and go to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. They walked us to our excursion pick up and made sure we got back safely. They only speak French and Arabic but we managed to communicate without any problems. Breakfast is simple but good, coffee, bread and juice. Would definitely recommend this to couples or groups of 2 staying in Marrakech, great place to recover from the bustling souks and busy city!
