Riad Vendome & Spa

We stayed at this riad on June 26; we had a good time, the staff is courteous, and the breakfast is good. Great location for visiting the medina. I recommend it.

Very bad experience with the Riad Vendome. I had booked a cooking class in advance, but upon my arrival, Eric had simply forgotten my reservation. As a result, I crossed the entire city by taxi for nothing, wasted time and money, without any service in return. This lack of organization and professionalism is hardly acceptable, especially when a client has taken the trouble to book and travel. A simple check of the schedule would have avoided this situation. I am extremely disappointed with the management of this reservation and do not recommend this establishment for this type of activity.

The cooking class was very interesting, in a beautiful Riad with Naima who was extremely helpful, patient, and lovely!! The place is very elegant, relaxing, and the class was private, so the entire space was dedicated to us. The selection of ingredients for cooking and the attention to preparation were both excellent; we had a lot of fun and it was very unique to spend these 3 relaxing and productive hours in chaotic Marrakech. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try this experience in peace!
