Ryads Park & Spa

We had an excellent stay with a top-notch entertainment team! The activities are varied. The hotel is clean, pleasant, and the staff is welcoming; we recommend it. Thanks to Reda, Olaya, Zakaria... for their kindness as well as their support throughout our stay.

We are returning from a week spent at this hotel and we had a good time, but were disappointed by some things. The rules state that you should not put your beach towel on the pool lounge chairs, which by the way are dirty and uncomfortable, but from 7:30 AM, people come to drop off their towels!! When people don't know how to read the rules!!! and yet the staff supposedly makes sure to avoid that. what a joke. Our room was right next to the pool and still following the rules, the pool is off-limits starting at 7 PM, but that's without counting on the incivility of people who talk loudly until 2 AM and who go swimming. And you have to call the front desk 3 times before they finally deign to intervene and send security who, by the way, chats calmly with the people involved (English people who must not know how to read) Otherwise, the rooms are nice but would need to be refreshed. We ate well, but it was too repetitive. A paid shuttle takes you to the city center (souk) which is 25min away. (1.50 per trip and per person.) The entertainment and the entertainers were good. Bottles of water are offered to you for free at the terrace bar.

We had an excellent stay at the Ryad Parc in Marrakech! The hotel is really pleasant, with a very good atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, smiling, and always available to meet the needs of the guests. As for the entertainment, nothing to complain about, the team is truly top-notch! The activities are varied and allow you to fully enjoy the hotel. The evening shows are also very varied and very successful. The entertainers are dynamic, and always there to set the mood. A special mention for Reda and Olaya, who really made our stay memorable. They are adorable, always in a good mood. We had a great time with them, and their energy really made the stay even more pleasant! Thanks to them! A very beautiful experience, we are leaving with excellent memories and we really recommend this hotel with our eyes closed!
