Stay in 2005 Super hotel, quiet, respectful, discreet staff.
Sober hotel that meets the means of their customers.
Less luxurious than its neighbors, simple and sufficient.
Well put. Good experience.

When we arrived in Marrakesh, there was a lot going on that week, so a hotel was difficult to find.
As this one appeared rather OK on the outside with an OK lobby, we decided to stay there.
There was a nothing to rave about breakfast. Had to ask for orange juice and coffee a few times.
The worst thing that happened to us was that we were robbed - an I phone and $250.00.
This was reported to the front desk personnel who told us that they were not responsible. We agree that there was a notification in the room door that they were not responsible for lost or stolen items. Our room was on the 1st floor, right off the lobby. The hotel lobby cameras only shows the front desk area. The maid was questioned, but we did not suspect her at all. The next day, while we were sitting in the lobby, we noted that the owner was there as well as the hotel manager. Neither of them came up to us to talk about it or show regret . If you decide to stay there, make sure your luggage is always locked when you leave for the day on your outings
Even if it was free, we would never ever stay there again

The location of the hotel along a main road is reasonably close (within walking distance) to the main thoroughfares of the city. The low-built design purports to be that of a caravanserai. The reception area is large and leads onto a courtyard around which the rooms are located on two floors. The staff I found to be generally friendly, though not necessarily helpful. There is free wi-fi internet in the lobby but none (paid or unpaid) to be had in any of the rooms. The hotel is, unfortunately, let down by everything else; the room was borderline insalubrious, the food average (except for the couscous) and there is no way of getting anything to eat or drink outside the fixed mealtimes, which is more than a little annoying when one arrives late. The most salient feature in my bathroom was a loose (!) toilet, which actually tilted off the ground when sat on!
