Villa Al Assala Palmeraie

dream stay, wonderful setting, decor… attentive staff delicious and very hearty breakfasts very good lunches

10/10 everything! Hotel staff were so lovely, the hotel is a tranquil oasis away from the busyness of the center of Marrakech, but still you’re in the souk in 15 minutes. Food was delicious, only thing I could say is it would be nice to have a few more vegetarian options on the menu. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a gorgeous view of the pool. Very relaxed atmosphere, mainly young couples and fantastic value for the service your get. Really couldn’t fault it, will be back!

An exceptional place for exceptional staff. A piece of paradise in a quiet and secure place, a high-end service and above all a staff at the height and even beyond the place of reception, a humane, professional team and little care. Being a 4 star receptionist myself, I was more than satisfied with the Service offered in this beautiful Riad. Special mention for Khalid who showed exceptional know-how, he was able to pay attention to every detail with kindness and a charming smile whatever the situation. A rare gem to highlight.
