Staff not at all welcoming, at 8pm I wanted to reheat my children's meal but the cook was gone. It is also impossible to order food. And this without having been informed beforehand by the hotel, we had to go out at 9pm with our 2 babies to find food outside. There's no microwave to heat aparthotel say they? The kitchen of the apartment is not it is a horror and not functional , the fridge was very dirty but really very dirty, there were ants in the room not to mention the noise at night the windows are limit open , we hear everything!!!!! Even passers-by who walk we hear them... really hotel to escape!! Breakfast a DISASTER ... there is no cutlery available you have to look for everything!!!! Very unpleasant stay

Well i read many negative comments before i went, its all okay simple and straight forward, pool in hotel, wifi didn't work proper and ac just wouldn't work, although i was told many times engineer has looked at it, good ensuite rooms, in the Gueliz area, many amenities nearby, rooms cleaned daily!

The room was basic but nice,staff helpful and generally a good cheap hotel. The swimming pool was small but nice.The location was good cental but away from the busy streets. One thing i have to mention was a taxi service i used called Hassan 0672218713 they were excellent they quoted 100 dh to go to the airport which is good and they turned up on time in the morning, hence the 50 dh tip.
