Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa

I am staying at Hotel Zalagh, more precisely Club Paradisio, room 3130. It is a hotel that needs a lot of renovation; the pool is nice, but the activity for children stops too early at 6:00 PM, even though there is a lot of sun before that time. For example, it is 6:25 PM and I want to play badminton with my son since it is starting to get cool. The activities are finished. It is not normal; management should look into this point because in terms of activities, we are bored.

Honestly do not recommend. Rooms are extremely dirty and have cockroaches coming from the plumbing. Food isn’t labelled so you don’t know what you’re eating. We arrived after a long day of travelling and just wanted to go to the room, get settled, and get some food. instead we were told we needed to wait for someone to take us to our room which took about 20 minutes, he then stood in our room and waited for a tip, we didn’t give him one and every time we passed him on the duration of the holiday he gave us dirty looks. The aircon in the room barely works. We paid for all inclusive however there is only one bar open all day which closes at 10:30 and you are unable to get drinks from anywhere else after that time. They have wasps in the drink machine that stung me on the inside of my mouth when i took a drink, the workers didn’t seem bothered and my mother had to help me as i was in a lot of pain. They tend to the non all inclusive guests amazingly but the all inclusive guests they seem to have a problem with.

It is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever been to. There are cockroaches everywhere. At night they come out of the bathrooms. The stairs are full of dead cockroaches. It is a very dirty hotel. The staff does not care about anything. The air conditioning works poorly.
