Very bad experience. I am extremely disappointed by the welcome received at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted in an unpleasant and disrespectful manner. The receptionist present during the day was particularly aggressive in her way of speaking to us and even started yelling at us for no valid reason. Such unprofessional reception is unacceptable in an establishment that is supposed to welcome clients with courtesy and respect. This attitude greatly degraded our stay and left a very bad impression. I recommend that management take measures to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again. The reception is the first impression of a hotel, and in our case, it was catastrophic. Room 105 106

Very good stay and thank you for the hotel reservation

I stayed for 7 days in this establishment and, unfortunately, my experience went very poorly. Nora and Ikram, at the reception, were particularly unpleasant: lack of politeness, inappropriate behavior towards us, and no friendliness or smiles. Nora was aggressive and disrespectful. On the other hand, I want to congratulate the housekeepers, who were exceptional, professional, and very caring throughout the stay. Regarding the servers, I found them to be unfriendly and quite haughty.
