Cesar hotel & spa

The room was very large and spacious, however unfortunately we had quite a bad experience during our stay. On arrival, our shower had a dead cockroach on the floor and when we turned on the shower, the water was brown/dirty for 2 minutes. There were no tea/coffee facilities and the service was very slow. Our safe didn’t work which is very important when travelling. The television came with no remote and this took quite some time to obtain once requested

Beautiful location for a hotel, across from the ocean. Top floor bar with beautiful views. Rooms were very nice. Perhaps just a little more maintenance would improve the experience. Toilet kept flushing, had to jiggle to get it to stop. Sink tap loose, had to hold tap whilst turning on. Shower head kept coming out of bracket with water pressure and was very high up on the wall so not easy to reach to put back. Fix these little, but annoying things and it would get 5 stars from me.
