Terrible service on the terrace from a manager, he charged us incorrectly for the drinks and did not return our money, and coinciding with the Morocco-Haiti match, we went to the terrace, they demanded a minimum consumption of 15 euros per person without prior notice, and when we did not accept, they kicked us out very rudely in front of everyone. The embarrassment we experienced was immense. The reception staff was friendly and understood our discontent, and although we asked to speak with a manager, he never appeared. We will not return to this hotel.

I booked three nights with breakfast on Booking at this hotel, which I believe presents well: clean, friendly staff, abundant and excellent breakfast, clean and essential room, the pool is equipped with free towels and loungers, and a bar that also offers good quality dishes. The location is excellent for visiting both the modern and old parts of Tangier; moreover, in front of the hotel, there is a very clean public beach. In the evening, there is activity on the street, but since we were on the pool side, we absolutely did not hear it; the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with a tub/shower, toiletries and a hairdryer, there is a new TV in the room, and the Wi-Fi works everywhere. Additionally, it is possible to dine in the two restaurants on the ground floor; the surrounding area is very well-equipped, clean, and safe. I would recommend it. The only change I would suggest is that the music by the pool is too loud and always the same every day.

4-star hotel with a spa on the property. Approximate management of the spa. Not very well organized. Nightclub attached to the establishment with horrible acoustics. It is impossible to rest until 4:30 in the morning because the music is so loud every night. Breakfast is nothing special. Dry and tasteless food. On the other hand, the location is superb because it is close to the beach. Would not do it again.
