ibis budget Agadir

Stayed for a couple of nights whilst in Agadir on business, although I had stayed previously when the property was the Ibis Budget. The Mia Urban is located on the outskirts of Agadir just off the N1 road. About a 20-minute drive to both the beach and the airport. Free parking at the hotel. Check-in was quick easy and friendly. The room was compact but very nicely decorated (especially for a budget priced hotel) with a nice comfortable bed, good shower, powerful aircon and plenty of power sockets by the bed. It should be noted that due to the hotel’s location it’s probably a terrible choice for a week’s beach holiday, with the hotel being a fair distance from most of the Agadir tourist attractions (although the new football stadium is only about a 35-minute walk) and having limited facilities (no pool or bar for example). However, if you’re looking for an economic base to explore the wider Souss region by car, or to act as a convenient stop-over point close to the airport (there are no hotels at the airport) I can highly recommend the Mia Urban as it represents outstanding value for money.

I had a very nice time at Mia Hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and furnished to a high standard – you feel immediately at ease. The entire hotel also looks well-kept and lovingly designed. The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel in good hands. Breakfast offers a solid selection and is a pleasant start to the day. Overall, a hotel with lots of charm and very good value for money. I would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the Mia Hotel.
