Karam Palace

A splendid hotel with great potential... excellent location, good breakfast, beautiful structure and pool, but unfortunately neglected in terms of cleanliness of the outdoor areas and the pool... the bathtub in our room was chipped and the pool ladder was broken, posing a risk of injury; upon my report, it was removed! It needs a bit of maintenance to shine again because it is truly a beautiful structure.

Hotel with great potential but needs some maintenance, especially in the room sector, as the fixtures and furnishings are a bit dated and not very functional. The pool is beautiful and the dining room is of good quality. The buffet food was sufficiently adequate.

We enjoyed a dinner with bed and breakfast in this elegant hotel in Ouarzazate, during a tour of Morocco organized by Voyage Privé. The location is very clean and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff; elegant pool area, efficient Wi-Fi in every part of the structure. Considering the level of this, perhaps there is room for improvement in the catering offer, which has proved not to be too varied. The experience however has turned out overall pleasant
