Bad treatment of people, rude attitude; I do not recommend it.

We stayed here during a tour. We were greeted with kindness and the inevitable you with treats. Rooms rather basic but very clean. The bathroom lacks the curtain but it seems to be custom in Morocco. Hearty but not tasty dinner (hence the vote 4 out of 5)

From the outside the hotel was really beautiful, but inside the furniture, very 80s, was rather shabby. At the reception there were two men: one did not speak Italian and the other did, but in the evening, after an argument, he pretended not to know how to speak anymore. Teasing is not appreciated. Nor are rudeness and rudeness. Let me explain: we had a triple and my friend, opening the bed, found bloodstains, hair, hair and other residues that we did not understand (and maybe we do not even want to know what they were). My sister and I were already asleep, so my friend went down to reception and they gave her the key to another room just for her. Similar situation: he goes down again and, instead of apologising, they have taken an annoying attitude towards him. They give her another key and one of them accompanies her to the room with a package of packed sheets, telling her in a sarcastic tone: “Here, so surely these are clean, you put them on.” (Are we kidding? What attitude is that?). In this third room my friend opens the bed and finds a carpet of hair. She calls me, I join her and I see how disgusting it was. We go down together to the reception to report yet another problem and she asks for a package of packed sheets to make the bed of the initial room. They respond laughing, with a smile on their lips, being “nice”. One of the two, who until recently spoke Italian, suddenly no longer understood him: an attitude that made the teasing even more annoying. Then they said, “Eh, there was so much confusion, today we only had one cleaning girl.” So what? Is that our problem? Is it normal to find not one, but three beds in three different rooms in indecent conditions? Is it normal to respond like that to a customer? “Jokingly” they threw on the reception table four packs of packed sheets. We explained that we only needed one set, but they kept laughing like it was a funny situation. In the end my friend took a package, made the bed herself and went to sleep, rightly nervous. We're never coming back.
