Hotel Ouzoud

We stopped for one night as a stopover on the way to Marrakech...The room was dirty, furniture and structure dilapidated, walls of the stairs with pigeon excrement. The next morning we had also included breakfast but we escaped to an external pastry shop. Only positive thing: decent pool.

We stayed here for one night during a tour of Morocco. Staff friendly enough but spoke very little English. Room was outdated and rundown, although to my relief clean. The towels were thread bare and gray. Located a little outside town, so if you don’t have a car the hotel restaurant is your only option. Simple fare, quite ok. Wifi free and working well. There is a bar that serves alcohol. There is a also a pool but we did not use it. Would not stay again.

Passable overnight stop on a long drive day. Luke warm shower, dated rooms but safe, comfortable beds and quiet location where you can park your car right at front. Breakfast surprisingly pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend La Villa for dinner, 3 mins drive west.
