The hotel is impressive with nice view, large rooms and dining room. The staff at the dinning room are very friendly but those at the reception and the spa are rude. It is not a 5 stars hotel at all. When I first arrived, the reception explained to me about the time and place for the breakfast, she was looking at the PC while talking to me!! So disappointed to be treated disrespectfully in Morocco. When I checked out, the guy was a little better but still no eye contact but he did ask if everything was good. But he never offered me to take my luggage down the stairs nor if I need any transportation. One of the ladies in the spa said that "even I cannot explain to you what is the difference between the two kind of Thai massages. It is hard to explain, you have to choose one." I dont think anyone can make a decision if the service provider does not even know how to assist me to choose or try to understand my request. Service is very important so that clients will come back or help to spread the word. It seems to me that not everyone has a heart to their job. It is a pity that such a nice resort to have missed the hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Widiane Resort. The welcome at the reception, especially by Rajaa, was exceptional: very helpful, smiling, and professional. The hotel is impeccable, with modern facilities and impeccable cleanliness. I highly recommend this establishment for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

At €300 per night for a 5-star hotel, we expected impeccable service. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The quality of service is far from the advertised standard: the delays for even the slightest request are excessively long, with an obvious lack of coordination between the teams. It is necessary to follow up several times to obtain a response. Traveling by golf cart can require up to 30 minutes of waiting. Room service is also unprofessional: we waited 40 minutes for a simple mint tea, which arrived lukewarm. At the evening restaurant, several dishes on the menu were unavailable, and the waiting times were again very long. Regarding the room, the view is very beautiful, but the overall condition leaves much to be desired. The bathroom shows significant signs of limescale, and the shower does not drain properly. Despite the intervention of a technician, the problem persists. The only positive point: the two pools at the resort are stunning and offer an incredible view. In summary, an experience that is far below expectations for an establishment of this category.
