Ibis Fnideq

i have been in Fnideq a while ago with family and a big group of friends from essaouira, we choose Ibis that we still don't regret the quality and views there but the worker personal were not nice at all to us ! we were a big group i know it's a little noisy in breakfast but we are customers and customers are royal ! so they were annoying us and talking bad .. i love ibis as an hotel but i would never turn back again

I, and 5 friends on motorcycles, arrived during a thunderstorm and heavy rain. The clerk at reception incorrectly stated that we didn't have a reservation despite being provided with all the details and printed confirmation. The garage doors were apparently broken so we couldn't park the bikes and didn't want to leave them unattended with all our luggage and as our guide was delayed at the border we were forced to wait outside in the rain for 2 hours. Once our guide arrived it took a further 30 mins for the receptionist to finally agree we had reservations. Once in the room our door handle wouldn't work making it very hard to get in and out of the room. Requests for additional towels, we were soaked remember, were denied. Not recommended, at all.

Hi, I don't recommend this hotel. Not clean. Doors are not working correctly. A lot of sound from other rooms. Only good point is location. The price doesn't include breakfast and parking. (Parking is quite expensive)
