Following “very glowing” reviews from guests I tried this Inn, but sincerely I was very disappointed.Apart from the location, the friendly staff, welcoming but outdated, the room reeked of cigarettes, very mediocre breakfast.

ATLAS RIF & SPA is the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life. Respectless employees. Not clean and poor customer service.I do not recommend this to anyone. Once I was with my wife at the front desk. While we waited for the taxi, my wife held my hand. Then someone who worked in the hotel as one of the bosses came and said that we could not hold each other for the sake of country culture. That was the dumbest thing I're ever heard

We had a fully paid reservation with a written confirmation for this hotel. When we arrived, the transfer from the airport asked us where to? And when I showed him the confirmation, he told me that the hotel has been closed down for the past 2 months for renovation. And as we drove by it, indeed was in ruins. Thus we were stuck in a foreign country with no hotel and the agency that sold us the trip(Expedia) did not contact us regarding this, and after calling them several times internationally, they could or would not do anything to solve the problem. Basically they left us hanging in a strange place.
