Very bad experience today, August 21 around 5:00 PM, with the restaurant team at the Hotel Perla. I simply made a constructive comment regarding the takeout menu intended for hotel guests. I wanted to point out that the price of the fries as a side dish seems disproportionate to what is actually served. The price indicated is close to that of a Bocadeos dish which already includes fries, whereas the fries served at the table do not correspond at all to the photo presented on the menu: the photo shows two cones, while I received a quantity of fries that corresponds more to a simple side dish. My intention was only to bring this point up in order to improve the service. However, a waiter — a short man, dressed in white, who was not even the person I was addressing — intervened very aggressively and attacked me personally. He notably told me, deliberately, that either I accepted the situation or I "get out," and that he did not accept comments. I was particularly shocked by this reaction. A guest must be able to express a comment or dissatisfaction without being attacked or humiliated by a staff member. A constructive comment about the price, quantity, or presentation of a dish should never justify such an attitude. This experience really affected me and unfortunately makes me question the level of professionalism and maturity of certain members of the restaurant team. I sincerely hope that the hotel management will take these facts seriously and remind its staff that a guest deserves to be treated with respect, even when they make a comment.

I was there for one night with friends, some parts of the hotel was under construction so the atomsphere wasn't good and breakfast was poor the staff at the restaurant are not welcoming. for one night stay is ok in the day was noisy with constructions, they should improve the service more.
