Nice hotel with excellent service. Top notch and highly recommended!!!

Dear manager, When will you remove your air fresheners? I'm tired of them when I go to eat at a Japanese restaurant. This stench, this poison, these synthetic air fresheners are everywhere. I go into a public restroom, and I don't want your air fresheners to stink! Your air freshener stinks all the way outside your hotel. It's just awful. You promised me you'd remove this poison 💩☠️Please have some conscience!!! Don't poison me, I come here to eat, not to inhale these poisons.

What a wonderful stay, courtesy The Ambassador Hotel Kathmandu, Nepal. We stayed at the hotel from 22nd june26... to 26thJune 2026 and truly, it was one of the most memorable holidays of ours. All of it was thanks to the warm hospitality of the hotel staff who were there for us 24x7; they looked after us impeccably. The food and waitstaff were absolutely on point. Cleanliness and room service was remarkable. The check-in and check-out was seamless and above all, the concierge made us an itinerary that showed us through all of Kathmandu...Thank you all and God Bless.
